So I tried something new today, and it was semi- hamburger helper inspired...
I used the Kraft baked mac n cheese stuff and added 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained. Mixed them both together in a 2.5 qt cassarole dish, added about a 1/2 c milk across the whole thing and mixed it up (just to give it extra moisture) and then added cheddar cheese on top to taste and bacon crumbles on top to taste. Then baked it for 10 minutes at 425. It was delicious!!!! I loved it!
It was one of those things that I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. But it turned out perfect. And Chris even liked it. Not that he will usually complain aloud to me about anything I make. haha!
